Big Mike's Comix
Big thank you to Mike for inviting me on the start of his new journey. Comics were always the passion project. Trucking and dispatch came first, but he wanted a comic shop, so we built one properly.
I was on-site for a week in Atwater, CA, not just handing off a website and leaving. Put together a POS system, set up a dozen distributor accounts, organized thousands of comics, and worked through the workflows and in-store displays that make a shop actually run day to day.
What this project included:
- Full Shopify site with Manage Comics 2 integration
- On-site consulting: one week, in person, in Atwater
- POS hardware and software setup
- Distributor account setup (a dozen accounts)
- Full inventory organization, categorizing a massive comic collection
